Portland Chamber of Commerce Windfest Festival 

The Portland Chamber of Commerce is excited to host the 2023 Windfest Festival the weekend of March 31 through April 2, 2023. Windfest is a family-friendly event that features a carnival, activities for all ages, and live entertainment.
